Inner Mongolia Jinhai New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Jinhai Stock", stock code: 832390) is a joint venture of Three Gorges Capital Holding Co., Ltd. and Three Gorges Asset Management Co., Ltd. The company was established in January 2007, with its parent company located in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, its Shanghai headquarters in Hongkou District, Shanghai, and its Jiangsu headquarters in Funing County, Yancheng City. The company covers an area of about 600 acres and is an enterprise engaged in the research and development, design, consulting, manufacturing, and sales of wind power equipment and structural products. In May 2015, it was successfully listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system for small and medium-sized enterprises, and in January 2023, it was awarded the title of National Worker Pioneer.
Since its establishment, the company has been awarded the title of National High tech Enterprise for several consecutive years, and has been selected as a provincial science and technology enterprise, green factory, and smart factory. It has also established provincial-level enterprise technology centers, engineering centers, graduate workstations, and other scientific research institutions in Baotou, Inner Mongolia, Yancheng, Jiangsu, Shanghai, and other places that represent the leading level of the industry. It has jointly established the "Tongji Goldwind Wind Power Structure Research and Development Center" with Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute, and signed strategic cooperation agreements with well-known domestic universities such as Tongji University and Sichuan University.
