Since the first product passed the GL-A certification in 2009, wind power gearbox products with 4 base models and 8 models have passed the GL-A certification, laying a solid foundation for Wangjiang Company to become an international first-class wind power gearbox supplier.

Our Deputy General Manager Chen Yonghua introduced that the certified 2.0MW and 3.0MW gearbox products are independently designed and developed by the company, and have complete independent intellectual property rights. Among them, the WF2000A1/A2 gearbox has optimized the transmission layout, fundamentally improving the working environment of high-speed shaft gears and bearings, thereby greatly enhancing system reliability. At the same time, the dynamic characteristics analysis technology of the entire transmission chain was used for system optimization design, so as to achieve the best match between the product and the entire transmission chain. The WF3000B1 product adopts a mature and reliable two-stage planetary+one-stage parallel transmission structure, while considering the needs of later improved products, with a certain margin of overall strength and wide applicability.
